Day 1: Arrival Cairo & Transfer to Hotel in Cairo

Upon arrival in Cairo our representative who will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage will greet you. Transfer from the airport via private A/C car or mini-bus to your hotel for check in and overnight. 

 

Day 2:  Tours in Cairo, Egyptian Museum, Old Coptic Cairo & Khan Al Khalili Bazaar

Following breakfast, the day starts with a full-day guided tour at the Egyptian Museum, with its four thousand years of Egyptian masterpieces, including the incomparable Tutankhamun galleries. 

 

Next is a visit to Old Coptic Cairo including the famous hanged church belonged to St. Mary, the Greek Monastery of St. George, St. Sergius Church with the cave where hidden the Holy Family & Ben Ezra Synagogue. If you wish, your escort will drop you off at the Khan Al Khalili Bazaar. Overnight in Cairo. 

 

Day 3: Tours in Cairo, Giza & Great Three Pyramids

Following breakfast, the day starts with a half-day guided tour to the Great Three Pyramids in Giza, belonged to the Kings of the 4th Dynasty of the Old Kingdom Cheops, Chephren & Mykerionos and the Sphinx, the huge guard of the Funeral Complex with king Chephren face & Lion body. You will even ride camels at the Pyramids. Overnight in Cairo. At the end of the day return to your hotel and overnight in Cairo.

 

Day 4: Day free in Cairo. Transfer Cairo/Luxor by Train

This day is free for leisure. Overnight in Cairo.

At the end of the day, we will transfer you to the train station to catch the first class sitting train to Aswan, overnight in the train. Optional: Upgrade to sleeping train € 40,- per person in double cabin & € 55,- per person in single room (one-way) based on HB basis.

Day 5: Tours in Aswan, Nile Felucca tour, Nilometer, High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk & Philae Temple

Arrive in Aswan and check in to hotel. Then a full day of touring starts with a Nile Felucca tour around the islands in the Nile, including a view of the Nilometer, then visit the High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple. Overnight in Aswan.

 

Day 6: Day free in Aswan or optional Tour to Abu Simbel

This day is free for leisure. Optionally, you can visit Abu Simbel by air in place of the felucca tour. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 7: Transfer Aswan -Kom Ombo - Edfu - Luxor & Tours in temple of Edfu, the Temple of Kom Ombo

Early breakfast and check out of hotel. The transfer by private car or minibus to Luxor with stops at Edfu visit the temple of Edfu, the most preserved temple in Egypt which dedicated to the Great Falcon God Horus and Kom Ombo visiting the Temple of Kom Ombo, the only Shared Temple in Egypt between the Crocodile headed God Sobek & the Falcon headed God Haroeris on the way.

 

Arrive in Luxor and check in hotel. The remainder of the afternoon is free for leisure. Overnight in Luxor.

 

Day 8: Tours in Luxor, West Bank, Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, The Ramesseum & an Alabaster Factory

Following breakfast the day starts out with a visit to the West Bank. Take a  ferry boat across the Nile to the West Bank then a donkey ride to the Valley of the Kings. The full day tour will include the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, The Ramesseum and an Alabaster Factory.  Overnight in Luxor.

The remainder of the afternoon is free for leisure. Overnight in Luxor.

 

Day 9: Dar free in Luxor

This day is free for leisure. Overnight in Luxor. 

 

Day 10: Tours in Luxor, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple. Transfer Luxor/Cairo by Train

Early breakfast and check out of hotel. The day starts with a half-day visit to Karnak Temple. This temple not a simple temple but a complex of many Pylons, sanctuaries. Because this land considered a holy land in the ancient ages, every king was interested to build in it. Then a tour by calesche (horse drawn carriage) around the famous Luxor Temple, which belonged to the Great king Amenophis III and the Famous king Ramses II.

 

At the end of the day transfer to the rail station to board an overnight first class seating train to Cairo. An optional domestic flight from Luxor/Cairo is available upon request. 

Arrive in Cairo and check in to hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

 

Day 11: Tours in Cairo & Nile Dinner river Cruise

Arrive in Cairo in the morning.  This day is free to do whatever you want. An optional farewell dinner and show on one of Cairo's famous floating restaurants is available and highly recommended as a great way to cap off your visit. A dayroom will be available at the hotel for freshening up in the afternoon and after the show. Overnight in Cairo.

 

Day 12: Cairo & Final Departure

Breakfast and check out of hotel.  Assisted transfer to Cairo International airport for final departure.
